This role sits at the intersection of cloud innovation, enterprise sales, and AI-driven customer transformation, with a strong focus on AWS ecosystem solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities while expanding relationships across existing accounts in a fast-growing, high-performance environment. Working closely with AWS partner teams, you will help organizations adopt advanced contact center and AI-powered solutions that reshape customer experience and operational efficiency. The position requires a consultative sales approach, combining technical understanding with strong business acumen. You will operate in a dynamic consulting environment where speed, ownership, and execution matter. Accountabilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts within the AWS ecosystem and contact center space
  • Partner closely with AWS sales and customer success teams to identify and develop joint opportunities
  • Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, including complex enterprise-level deals
  • Present tailored solutions to client stakeholders, translating business challenges into AWS-based outcomes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor on cloud transformation strategies
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing customer accounts
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in a competitive, quota-driven environment
  • Requirements

    • 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales, preferably within AWS or cloud ecosystems
    • Proven experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
    • Strong knowledge of AWS solutions, ideally including Amazon Connect or contact center technologies
    • Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and account expansion
    • Experience working with channel partners and strategic alliances (AWS preferred)
    • Strong presentation and communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (top performance level preferred)
    • Ability to travel up to 25% as required
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
