Compensation: $65,000-$90,000+ base salary
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work setup: In office to start, with the potential to move to a hybrid schedule after onboarding

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established insurance agency to hire a Commercial Account Manager to support a generalist commercial book of business. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on client service, thrives in a collaborative office environment, and brings real depth in commercial account management.
This is a service-focused role with no emphasis on cross-selling. The right person will be comfortable managing day-to-day account activity, working closely with internal partners, and supporting clients across a broad range of industries.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and service an approximately $3M commercial book of business
- Handle renewals from start to finish
- Process certificates of insurance accurately and efficiently
- Manage endorsements and other policy servicing requests
- Serve as a direct client-facing contact for ongoing account needs
- Support both existing business and new business servicing activity
- Maintain accurate workflow documentation and account activity in AMS360
- Communicate clearly with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Active California insurance license in good standing
- Daily, hands-on AMS360 experience
- Strong knowledge of the California commercial insurance market
- Independent commercial account management / book-servicing experience
- Ability to walk through renewal workflows in detail
- Ability to explain certificate and endorsement workflows step by step
Nice to Have
- Generalist agency experience across varied industries
- Experience with workers’ compensation and cyber liability
- Strong communication skills and professional client presence
- Proximity to the South Bay area
