Sales Support Specialist

Job Purpose

The Sales Support Specialist position will provide direct support for Clinical Tower's End User Sales Team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a world-class organization and contribute to our ambitious goals by ensuring flawless execution of support tasks that drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers from various fields in a laboratory setting.
  • Triage customers to the appropriate Sales Account Manager/Account Executive and assist in lead generation.
  • Manage customer quotes and literature requests for diverse product lines.
  • Receive all technical calls and triage appropriately.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems.
  • Capture new product inquiries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Director.

 

Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills

  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
  • 3 – 5 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Understanding of sales processes and goals.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and function independently in a fast-paced environment.

Background and/or Experience

  • Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
  • Five years of relevant work experience.
  • CRM experience and customer interfacing highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
