Your tasks:
► Drive sales performance, including product listings, innovations and promotions across key accounts
► Negotiate customer-specific commercial conditions, pricing and promotional activities
► Take full ownership of turnover, profitability and customer profit and loss
► Monitor and control key performance indicators in line with budgets and targets
► Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and key account managers, ensuring effective communication and alignment
► Plan sales, volume and profit while supporting tenders, trade fairs and catalog-related activities
► Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field
► Native or Proficiency level in Hungarian, Proficiency level in English.
► Relevant experience in sales or key account management
► Strong negotiation skills and customer-oriented mindset
► Analytical thinking with a structured, result-driven approach
What gives you further advantages:

► Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
► Additional language skills (Croatian, Slovenian or Serbian)
