Summary:
As a Security Delivery Practitioner, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various teams to assist in defining project requirements, designing security components tailored to organizational needs, and actively participating in the building and testing phases. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that security solutions are effectively integrated and meet the desired standards. The practitioner engages in continuous communication with stakeholders to align security objectives with business goals, while also monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security components.
- Document and communicate security design decisions and testing outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security practices.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate security implementations to identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of security architecture and design principles.
- Familiarity with security testing methodologies and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security components.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to identity management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
