- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of security architecture strategies to support cloud initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their understanding of security frameworks and operational practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Data Privacy Protection, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Platform Operations.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud security controls and frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of access management protocols and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with security architecture principles and best practices in cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
