AI Security Architect with 6–9 years of experience in designing and securing production-grade AI and GenAI solutions using strong architectural principles, security controls, and Responsible AI practices. Brings a hands-on, execution-oriented approach, working closely with engineering, MLOps, and security teams to ensure AI systems are secure, privacy-compliant, scalable, and reliable for enterprise use.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
Design secure architectures for AI and GenAI use cases including copilots, RAG pipelines, and agent-based workflows.
Apply security patterns, guardrails, and reference designs for AI platforms and applications.
Perform architectural risk assessments and structured threat modeling for AI, LLM, and ML systems using defined trust boundaries and relevant frameworks such as STRIDE and MITRE ATLAS.
Identify and address risks related to PII exposure, prompt injection, model misuse, unauthorized access, and insecure interactions across users, models, tools, data, and external systems.
Define AI risk classifications based on data sensitivity, business impact, and use case criticality.
Ensure secure data handling across ingestion, training, inference, and monitoring stages.
Work with MLOps and engineering teams to implement IAM, secrets management, encryption, logging, and auditability.
Evaluate LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, and integration approaches from a security perspective.
Ensure AI solutions align with Responsible AI requirements such as privacy, explainability, and traceability.
Support design reviews, remediation validation, and security documentation for AI initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. The candidate should be AI Native.
6 to 9 years of experience in solution architecture, security architecture, or cloud native system design.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI or GenAI solutions in production environments.
Strong understanding of AI security threats including prompt injection, data leakage, model abuse, and inference risks.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms and secure integration patterns (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks.
Understanding of Responsible AI principles including privacy, auditability, explainability, and compliance.
Preferred certification: CISSP, ISACA — Advanced in AI Security Management (AAISM ), GIAC – AI & Cybersecurity
