Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing security incidents, and implementing solutions to enhance security measures. You will also engage in decision-making processes that impact the security posture of the organization, ensuring that all operations align with best practices and compliance requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Monitor security alerts and incidents, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance operational resilience.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience with incident response and threat management.
- Proficient in analyzing security logs and identifying potential threats.
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies used in SIEM operations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
