DUTIES: Serve as the technical subject matter expert for authentication services, including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Reverse Proxy, Entra ID, and certificate-based solutions. Partner directly with application team clients to understand their needs and guide them in adopting appropriate authentication services and features. Identify gaps where existing solutions do not meet client and business needs, gather requirements, and collaborate with product architecture and client teams to advocate for necessary enhancements. Interface with application clients to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and integration issues. Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure client requests are provisioned correctly and within the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). Work closely with the product team to develop automated onboarding solutions for application clients, including creating workflows supported by ServiceNow.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Cyber Security and 3 Years of experience in the job offered or 3 Years of experience in a related occupation supporting innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with the cyber security programs; utilizing tools including Java, API, mobile application development, software testing principles, and test automation.
