Global Physical Security and Safety Specialist

Are you passionate about creating safe environments and thrive in a role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a hands-on and resourceful Physical Security and Safety Specialist to be the go-to security person for Germany and surrounding markets — someone ready to build, own, and grow the function alongside us.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage day-to-day physical security operations for Germany and surrounding Central European markets, acting as the primary security point of contact for the region.
• Handle a broad range of security incidents — coordinating with HR, Legal, and local stakeholders as needed.
• Plan and oversee physical security projects, including hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance of access control systems across office and market locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with security suppliers and installation contractors, ensuring quality delivery and service continuity.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams — Real Estate, HR, Legal, and local General Managers — to proactively identify and address security needs.
• Contribute to global security initiatives and help shape scalable security processes for a fast-growing organization.

Our humble expectations

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, as it's our primary working language. German fluency is equally required for day-to-day communication with local stakeholders and vendors.
• 3–5 years of experience in a physical security role, ideally with an administrative or project management component.
• Generalist security background with the ability to handle both operational and project-based work independently.
• Experience coordinating with security vendors and suppliers.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset — you don't wait to be told what needs fixing, you find it and fix it.
• Curiosity and openness toward AI tools and technology 
• Security coordinator certification or equivalent is a plus, but not required.
