What You Will Do *
- Develop FPGA based design from systems requirement for the new designs in compliance with DO-254 for DAL A/B projects.
- Leading or mentoring small teams of designers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development.
- Capture Device Level Requirements from the System/Hardware Level Requirements and develop FPGA Design Architecture
- Re-engineering and obsolescence management for FPGAs.
- Write VHDL RTL code, review and implement in FPGA (Microchip/Intel/Altera/Xilinx FPGAs)
- Perform Synthesis, Place and Route and Timing Analysis
- Troubleshooting and resolving design and verification issues, ensuring robust and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with multiple department teams
- Represent for various audits required for the product life cycle
What You Will Learn
- Advanced application of DO-254 verification methodologies for FAA/EASA-certifiable DAL A/B airborne electronic hardware.
- End-to-end certification lifecycle management, including planning, requirements traceability, verification closure, and audit support.

- Technical leadership, project planning, mentoring, and review processes for safety-critical aerospace programs.
Qualifications You Must Have *
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication or VLSI )
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience
- In-Depth Experience in Planning, Execution and Reviews
- Expert-level knowledge in VHDL, System Verilog, etc.
- Hands on experience in designing with MPSOC and/or RFSOC FPGAs.
- Proficiency in scripting, simulation tools(QuestaSim, VCS, Aldec), and coordination of complex verification projects
- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Strong understanding of the DO-254 process.
- DO-254 audits and certification experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like DOORS, Jama, Jira, or Polarion
- Experience with tool qualification, and process documentation.
- Experience in PCIe, ARINC-429, Mil -1553, ARINC-818, SPI, AXI, ADC interfaces.
