Summary:
As a Procurement Practice Representative, a typical day involves engaging with various stakeholders to deliver comprehensive procurement and category management services. This role includes managing strategic sourcing initiatives, coordinating with clients to understand their procurement needs, and overseeing supplier performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The position requires balancing multiple priorities, facilitating communication between teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes to support business objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as necessary.
- Assist in the development and execution of category management strategies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess procurement data and market trends.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans.
- Familiarity with procurement lifecycle and category management principles.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Procurement.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
