Job Description

Plans and coordinates end-to-end supply chain planning with S&OP knowledge, including when goods should be produced and in what quantity, while optimizing the balance between customer delivery requirements and inventory levels.

Interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Part Organization, Customer Service and contract manufacturers (CM) and original design manufacturers (ODM) to compile, develop, validate and communicate production/constrained supply plans with scenario trade-off planning and associated strategies that support overall business objectives.

Uses enterprise resource planning (ERP) system(s) with global inventory planning guideline for processes such as inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process and workflow management, etc.

Establishes and manages relationships with suppliers/partners.

May be responsible for coordinating new product introduction (NPI), product transfer and new supply chain setup including assuring materials, labor and test capacity are in place to meet volume production.

May have global or multi-site inventory management responsibilities.

May partner with Sales and Marketing to develop factory support processes via S&OE forums for indirect channels and worldwide customer escalations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.


At least 6+ years relevant experience.


Proficient in data mining and analytics with tools including excel, power query, power BI or Python.
