About the role:


As an Inventory Planner, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end inventory planning and purchasing of 3rd party finished goods. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting high service performance across the supply chain.

You will work in a data-driven environment where continuous improvement, Lean thinking, and collaboration are key to success.



What you will do:


  • Manage purchase requisitions and support 3rd party supplier performance
  • Monitor and reconcile purchase orders and order book accuracy
  • Identify and analyze supply vs. demand gaps at product level
  • Manage inventory levels across warehouses using MIN/MAX/OPT principles
  • Support inventory optimization and service level improvements (OTD / delivery performance)
  • Identify and manage stock shortages and overstock situations
  • Contribute to planning parameter settings (e.g. Kanban, pull planning methods)
  • Prepare reports, analysis, and actionable insights
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and ERP processes
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving supplier and process performance



What we are looking for:

Must-have:

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Good Excel skills and willingness to develop further (formulas, data handling)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proactive, structured, and problem-solving attitude
  • Interest in Supply Chain, Planning, or Logistics

Advantage (not required):

  • Studies or experience in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar fields
  • First experience in Purchasing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Logistics
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or planning tools
  • Exposure to Lean / Continuous Improvement environments
