Supply Chain Process and Project Manager

What You'll Do

You are responsible for Supply Chain Strategic Project Management:  Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end accountability, driving alignment and execution across functions: 

  • Omni-Channel Inventory & Unified Inventory Pool: Enable end-to-end inventory visibility and intelligent allocation across CDC, RDC, 3PL, and in-transit inventory. Define data standards (e.g., SKU status harmonization) and inventory allocation logic to support optimal fulfillment decisions. 
  • End-to-End Process Reengineering: Diagnose process gaps across Demand Planning → Supply Planning → Logistics → Customer Service using structured methodologies (e.g., VSM). Redesign process interfaces to ensure seamless information and decision flow across functions. 
  • Project Governance & Delivery: Own project charter, timeline, milestones, and quality. Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve resource conflicts, and escalate risks to leadership when needed.
  • Deeply understand the aspirations and ambitions of the business in the China market
  • Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that directly contribute to China aspiration.
  • Guide the implementation of strategies aimed at optimizing cost structures, enhancing supply chain visibility and resilience, and fostering agile responsiveness to market demands, ultimately enabling profitable growth for China business.

You are responsible for Strategy Execution & Governance: Support the execution and governance of Supply Chain strategy:

  • Facilitate annual planning and periodic review of Supply Chain strategic initiatives.
  • Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and KPIs across functions.
  • Track execution progress and provide visibility through structured dashboards.
  • Support change management to drive adoption of new processes and tools.

You are responsible for Digital Transformation Governance & Business-IT Translation:  Serve as the key bridge across business, CoE, and IT, ensuring digital initiatives are aligned with business priorities and effectively delivered: 

  • Digital Roadmap Management: Support prioritization of digital initiatives using structured frameworks (e.g., impact vs. feasibility), ensuring alignment with Supply Chain strategy. 
  • Digital Platform Deployment (as Project Lead): Lead business-side deployment of key platforms, including:
  •  - Supply Chain Control Tower (E2E visibility and alerting)
  • - Digital S&OP (scenario-based planning) 
  • - Digital S&OE (short-term execution management) Define business rules, KPI frameworks, and exception handling logic. 
  • Business-IT Translation: Bridge business, CoE, and IT by articulating business needs, developing structured user cases/user stories, enabling efficient solution design, and ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose through validation. 
  • • Vendor Collaboration: Work with digital vendors and system integrators to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Collaborate with Regional IT on vendor performance tracking and improvement.
  • Spearhead the creation and realization of digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain.
  • Embracing emerging technologies and innovative solutions and drive the integration of digital tools and platforms that streamline processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and foster collaboration across departments.

You are responsible for Digital Capability Development:  Build foundational digital capabilities across the Supply Chain organization: 

  • Identify and develop digital talents across functions.
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and data-driven decision-making
  • Support training programs on data literacy, system usage, and digital ways of working
  • Establish a network of digital champions to promote best practices
  • Lead the idea creation, design, and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at upgrading the physical flow of supply chain. This includes design supply network, improving logistics efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration across the entire supply chain ecosystem resulting in reduced lead times, improved inventory management, and a more responsive and agile supply chain.

You are responsible for Process Excellence & Data Governance Localization:  Ensure effective localization and deployment of regional standards: 

  • Provide China business input to regional teams on process and data standards.
  • Translate Regional frameworks into local SOPs and system configurations
  • Monitor and improve data quality (e.g., SKU accuracy, inventory accuracy)
  • Ensure alignment between global standards and local operational requirements
  • Oversee the management of a robust innovation pipeline comprising projects and processes
  • Introduce industry best practices and encourage the integration to China Supply Chain
  • Provide a project management framework to drive the realization of supply chain goals and the competitiveness of supply chain

             

What We' are Looking for

  • You with bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • You with experience in cross-functional project management.
  • You are exposure to digital transformation or supply chain systems.
  • You are experienced working in matrix organizations.
  • You are familiar with ERP, APS, TMS, or WMS systems and Data analysis tools (Power BI / Excel; SQL/Python is a plus).
  • You with understanding of digital and data concepts in supply chain.
  • You with ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • You with clear communication across business and technical teams.
