We are looking for the best talent for E2E Demand & Supply Planner.

The E2E Demand & Supply Planner Specialist is responsible for integrated demand and supply planning across the Korea business, ensuring optimal balance between demand forecasts, supply availability, and inventory levels.

This role will:

  • Drive end-to-end (E2E) planning visibility and alignment
  • Support IBP / S&OP processes and decision-making
  • Manage demand, supply, and inventory risks proactively
  • Enable data-driven planning and continuous process improvement

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Support develop and maintain statistical and judgment-based demand forecasts in alignment with commercial inputs
  • Analyze key demand drivers (e.g., patient flow, market dynamics, product lifecycle) and reflect them in forecasts
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecast methodologies

2. Supply Planning & Inventory Management

  • Translate demand signals into feasible supply and inventory plans
  • Support inventory optimization while maintaining service level targets
  • Identify supply constraints and develop mitigation scenarios (allocation, prioritization, expediting, etc.)

3. E2E Planning Integration (IBP / S&OP)

  • Support and drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP processes
  • Consolidate demand, supply, and inventory views into a single E2E planning outlook
  • Prepare planning inputs and insights for management and global stakeholders

4. Risk Management & Scenario Planning

  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities (R&O) across the planning horizon
  • Conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making (e.g., supply shortage, demand surge, regulatory changes)
  • Escalate critical issues with clear impact assessment and recommended actions

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Global Supply teams
  • Ensure alignment between local market dynamics and global supply constraints
  • Act as a key interface for planning-related communication and alignment

6. Data, Systems & Process Improvement

  • Leverage planning tools to enhance data visibility and decision-making
  • Support planning processes in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and standardization
  • Support automation and reporting enhancements to reduce manual workload
