The Material Master Data Team, part of the Global Center of Excellence Planning within the Global Supply Chain, is a key hub at the heart of the organization. The team plays a critical role in creating, changing, and phasing out Finished Packed Products, while enabling high‑impact processes such as product launches and smarter, data‑driven planning. With around 20 experienced professionals, the team combines deep expertise in SAP Master Data, data science, and analytics. Working closely with many functions across the company, the team operates in a truly global environment where data, technology, and business come together to create real impact.

Your Internship Assignment

As an intern, you will be responsible for embedding Master Data Literacy (learn, understand, and the use of master data to create a data culture). This is a critical foundation for becoming truly data‑driven and for effectively leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools. You are working in a global environment while engaging with local operational teams, you will translate strategy into practice by defining the why, creating engagement, and proposing practical ways to build Master Data skills that enable teams to work smarter, faster, and with confidence.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop a clear Master Data Literacy framework as foundation for the organisation

• Talk to global and local teams to discover master data bottle necks

• Create short, practical learning content

• Test ideas with real users and improve them based on feedback

• Providing a fresh perspective to the department by sharing your opinion

The described tasks form the basic package and will often be performed independently after a proper training and learning period. These tasks may be supplemented with other projects and/or tasks on your own initiative or at the request of the organization.

What is Required

• Third/Fourth-year Bachelor Supply Chain/ Business/ Data/ Communication student

• Familiarity with stakeholder communication, process thinking, and turn complexity into clarity

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Available for a period of 5 months for 5 days per week (location Boxmeer)
