Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride.

You will be responsible for establishing and controlling production schedules in alignment with the Master Production Schedule. The Production Planner coordinates inventory management activities and drives targeted customer service levels. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize short-term objectives, and strong analytical capabilities to effectively manage WIP and inventory levels within the global supply chain.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Plan, organize, and execute production schedules for in-house products and new product development, including trial/project coordination, based on actual and forecasted demand for both local and export customers.
  • Monitor production progress, adjust schedules to address delays, and develop recovery plans when targets are missed — prioritizing export order shipments.
  • Ensure the quality of data used to generate materials requirements plans, maintain awareness of volume fluctuations, and communicate materials availability to support build plans throughout the product life cycle.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control) and external stakeholders (Demand Planning, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless production processes and on-time deliveries.
  • Support new product introductions and product transfers/de-transfers by analyzing common and unique materials, including MOQ reviews, to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and communicate short- and long-term delivery commitments to customers, and coordinate resources to meet shipment targets.
  • Lead improvement projects to enhance planning efficiency, reduce costs, and improve operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
