About the Role

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring essential equipment, parts, and assets are available when they’re needed most.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help manage inventory, track assets throughout their lifecycle, and solve supply chain challenges in a complex, high-impact environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and tracking inventory and critical Defence assets

  • Supporting equipment lifecycle and disposal activities

  • Working closely with engineering, warehouse, and customer teams

  • Troubleshooting supply chain issues and driving solutions

  • Providing performance updates and insights

  • Using systems to monitor stock movement and readiness

About You

You’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with systems, and being part of a team.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory management

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confidence working with systems (ERP or similar)

  • A collaborative mindset and great communication skills

Experience in Defence, aviation, or complex asset environments will be highly regarded.

About you:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen

  • Ability to obtain and maintain NV1 Defence Security Clearance is required

  • Qualifications/Certificates in Procurement/Logistics/Supply Chain management (Highly regarded)

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role. You will also need to satisfy police checks and employment screening verification.
