About the Role
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring essential equipment, parts, and assets are available when they’re needed most.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help manage inventory, track assets throughout their lifecycle, and solve supply chain challenges in a complex, high-impact environment.
What you’ll be doing
Managing and tracking inventory and critical Defence assets
Supporting equipment lifecycle and disposal activities
Working closely with engineering, warehouse, and customer teams
Troubleshooting supply chain issues and driving solutions
Providing performance updates and insights
Using systems to monitor stock movement and readiness

About You
You’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with systems, and being part of a team.
You’ll likely bring:
Experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory management
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence working with systems (ERP or similar)
A collaborative mindset and great communication skills
Experience in Defence, aviation, or complex asset environments will be highly regarded.
About you:
Must be an Australian Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain NV1 Defence Security Clearance is required
Qualifications/Certificates in Procurement/Logistics/Supply Chain management (Highly regarded)
