Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering advanced supply chain analytics solutions that help organizations optimize planning, forecasting, inventory management, and procurement performance. This position combines deep supply chain expertise with data, analytics, and AI-driven transformation initiatives, enabling clients to make more informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to translate complex operational challenges into scalable, value-driven solutions. The role offers a unique blend of consulting, solution design, delivery leadership, and capability development within a collaborative and innovation-focused environment. In addition to driving client success, you will contribute to the growth of specialized supply chain offerings, reusable assets, and best practices. Accountabilities
- Lead and support the development of supply chain analytics solutions focused on integrated business planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, procurement analytics, and operational performance improvement.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of reusable frameworks, accelerators, dashboards, forecasting models, and decision-support tools that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, and advisory engagements to identify business challenges and translate them into actionable analytics and AI-driven solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution scoping, effort estimation, RFI/RFP responses, and business case creation.
- Collaborate with consulting, data, AI, cloud, and delivery teams to design end-to-end solution architectures that align business objectives with technical implementation.
- Act as a subject matter expert throughout project delivery, providing guidance on planning processes, forecasting methodologies, inventory management practices, and procurement strategies.
- Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and effectively adopted by business users to maximize value realization.
- Manage, mentor, and coordinate consultants and specialists within assigned projects or domain areas.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, training programs, playbooks, and capability-building activities.
- Support partnerships with technology providers and participate in thought leadership activities, including webinars, client presentations, articles, and industry research.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in supply chain analytics, AI-enabled planning, forecasting technologies, and digital transformation.
- Approximately 15 years of professional experience across supply chain management, consulting, business transformation, analytics, or related disciplines.
- Strong expertise in one or more core supply chain domains, including planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, or supply chain optimization.
- Hands-on experience working with supply chain analytics solutions, forecasting models, optimization tools, dashboards, and decision-support systems.
- Strong understanding of key supply chain metrics and performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turnover, stock availability, safety stock, and planning efficiency.
- Experience leading or supporting client-facing engagements such as workshops, advisory sessions, solution design initiatives, business case development, or consulting projects.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into data, analytics, AI, or technology-enabled solution concepts.
- Experience managing project streams, coordinating teams, mentoring professionals, or leading capability development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of modern analytics, cloud, data, and business intelligence technologies and their application within supply chain environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
- Experience working in global, matrixed, or cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, or similar technologies is advantageous.
- Exposure to machine learning, statistical forecasting, optimization techniques, or AI-powered planning solutions is considered a strong plus.
- Experience within industries such as consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or industrial products is beneficial.
