This role is focused on shaping a high-quality employee experience in a fast-growing, global product development environment. You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, helping build strong leadership practices, healthy team dynamics, and consistent people processes across the India organization. The role blends hands-on HR advisory work with the opportunity to influence scalable people programs across a distributed international team. You will contribute to performance management, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives that ensure employees can do their best work. Operating in a remote-first and high-growth context, you’ll help strengthen clarity, fairness, and consistency across the employee lifecycle. This is a highly people-centric role with both strategic and operational impact.
You will serve as a key People Partner for employees and managers in India, providing day-to-day coaching, HR guidance, and structured support across performance, development, and employee relations. You will help design and maintain a strong employee experience from onboarding through career growth while ensuring policies and practices remain compliant, consistent, and scalable across regions. You will also collaborate with global People teams to strengthen culture, improve leadership effectiveness, and enhance organizational practices.
You bring solid HR Business Partner or People Partner experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven or consulting environment. You understand India employment laws and HR compliance requirements deeply and are comfortable navigating complex employee situations with empathy and structure. You have experience working in global, distributed teams and are confident partnering with leaders across multiple time zones and cultures.
