Service Operations plays a critical role in enabling scale, reliability, and customer success by delivering fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and service execution capabilities across a rapidly growing global network.
We are in search of an experienced Director for fulfillment & logistics business enablement & supply chain intelligence to lead all aspects of the strategy, development, and rollout of our fulfillment & logistics ecosystem. This leader will foster operational excellence through decisions based on data, scalable analytics systems, inventory analysis, spend prediction, and partner performance oversight within the service operations global supply chain.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the development and implementation of service analytics solutions across multiple enterprise platforms and operational systems.
Build a unified fulfillment & logistics data ecosystem that offers visibility across fulfillment, logistics, inventory, repair, and customer service operations.
Partner cross functionally to define scalable fulfillment & logistics data architectures, integration frameworks, and reporting strategies.
Own the strategy and governance model for logistics, fulfillment, and service partner data. Establish data quality standards, audit controls, and governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Develop inventory analytics capabilities that improve inventory utilization, availability, and accuracy analysis.
Lead development of predictive analytics and data-driven insights to support network optimization and operational planning.
Develop spend forecasting models, financial dashboards, and scenario planning tools that improve financial predictability and decision-making.
What We Need To See:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
15+ overall years of experience in service operations, supply chain, logistics, analytics, or related operational environments with a strong data and business intelligence focus.
5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams and developing talent.
Proven experience crafting and implementing enterprise-scale analytics, reporting, and data integration solutions.
Solid knowledge of service operations, fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain data structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with expertise in SAP, Tableau, Power BI, and modern AI-enabled analytics platforms.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
Experience supporting hyperscale cloud, AI infrastructure, semiconductor, or data center operations.
Deep understanding of global fulfillment, logistics, reverse logistics, and service supply chain ecosystems.
Experience building advanced analytics platforms, predictive models, automation solutions. Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and advanced operational intelligence applications.
Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and enterprise planning platforms.
Experience managing large-scale inventory optimization and global spend forecasting initiatives.
