Manager, Inventory Planning & Allocations - APAC
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As Manager, Inventory Planning & Allocations – APAC, you will own the strategy that puts the right product in the right store at the right time, across a portfolio of retail locations and eCommerce. You will translate demand and inventory strategy into store-level execution, set the allocation frameworks and replenishment parameters that keep Never Out of Stock (NOOS) and core performing, and lead a weekly allocation cadence with the speed and precision that a high-growth DTC business demands. This is a leadership role for someone who builds strategic vision, develops high-performing teams, and is equally comfortable presenting insights to executive stakeholders as they are diving into sell-through and Weeks of Supply (WOS) data. You will influence Merchandising and Planning partners, spot trend shifts early and drive the decisions that protect service levels while maximizing full-price sell-through. This role offers the scope to shape regional DTC inventory strategy at a brand with a distinct point of view on product, channels, and growth.
This role is based out of our Tokyo office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Tokyo.

The Planning & Allocations – APAC team translates business priorities into integrated plans across Retail and eCommerce, incorporating local demand signals, channel strategies, and market context. The team positions inventory effectively by channel, supports replenishment and inventory flow decisions, and drives aligned decisions that support growth, profitability, and customer experience across Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, and Allocations.
