This role sits at the core of day-to-day supply chain execution, ensuring smooth coordination across procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor operations. You will play a key part in maintaining operational continuity by tracking shipments, managing orders, and supporting timely fulfillment of goods and services. Working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, you will interact with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency. The role requires strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to identify risks, monitor performance, and support data-driven decisions. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain processes and overall business performance. Accountabilities:
- Support end-to-end supply chain operations, including order processing, inventory tracking, procurement, and logistics coordination.
- Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of goods based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure service continuity.
- Track shipments, manage exceptions, and proactively address delays to maintain delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and supply chain activities across systems.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools to support business visibility and decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide updates and resolve queries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related fields (motivated freshers may be considered).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model (on-site and remote).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
