Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and ensuring that updates to knowledge resources are accurate and helpful for troubleshooting. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine to analyze issues and implement effective solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities and continuous system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Document and communicate incident resolutions and process improvements to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential risks or failures.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational stability and incident resolution.
- Experience in managing Requests for Change and updating technical documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Familiarity with business system components and their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise knowledge sharing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
