Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation of world-class systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues, interprets them accurately, and designs appropriate resolutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the product. The position requires dedication to sustaining system reliability and fostering strong client relationships through proactive support and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Document and communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud-based deployment and monitoring tools related to Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and improve efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
