PROTEGE RTW - Customer Support & Services

Job Description:

Opening Application for PROTEGE Program within Airbus in Malaysia.
This program is for Malaysian fresh graduates only, as mandated by Malaysian Government.

To support in Customer Support and Services Department in daily operations day to day routine task.

  • Assisting in preparations of customer welcome kit.
  • Assisting data entry into the system for reporting purposes.
  • Assisting in customer requests and taking up-to-the-minute information from the customer.
  • Responding swiftly and proactively  to the customer.
  • Documenting any department related paperwork.
  • Corresponding emails to stakeholders / customers under supervision.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the team and the reporting superior.

Mandatory Qualification

  • Degree in Aviation Engineering , Business Management, Administration, Customer Management
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder with minimum CGPA of 3.0
  • Applicant must be unemployed after graduation or employed but salary is not par with the market rate.
  • Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below (at the point of application)
