Why This Role Matters 

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play an important role in creating positive customer experiences and building long-term customer trust. By partnering with colleagues across functions and supporting customers through claim resolution processes, you will help ensure high-quality service while contributing to continuous improvements in the way we work.

What You'll Do

  • Support customers throughout the claims and issue resolution process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to facilitate timely and effective resolution of customer claims and quality notifications.
  • Manage return inquiries through the QM return management module and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor service performance and support KPI tracking through established tools and systems.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams to ensure consistent communication and customer-focused solutions.
  • Contribute to local and regional initiatives that improve processes, simplify ways of working, and enhance service quality.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Call Center, Complaint Management, or After-Sales functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals while taking initiative when needed.
  • Experience with SAP R3 transactions and knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.
