About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and service-minded Customer Service Specialist to manage customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales operations. We’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Order Management: Receive, process, and monitor customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Stock Verification: Check product availability and coordinate with relevant teams to support order confirmation.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team and manage key account requirements to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure on-time delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service within the food or FMCG industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP; Outlook)
  • Experience with order processing systems; knowledge of Axapta is an advantage
  • Basic to intermediate English communication skills (for coordination and reporting)
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and handle urgent orders effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with a service-oriented mindset
