Responsible for quality and service to client, assisting client obtains maximum value from IQVIA information products and services.
General functions
Own the end-to-end quality and timely delivery of client reports, performing rigorous pre-release quality control checks, investigating data variances, and proactively communicating insights, issues, and resolutions to clients.
Control the data and report generation process, provide assistance to internal and external data stakeholders
Performs data governance
Analyzes complex queries raised by clients using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIA syndicated offerings (data), ensuring a comprehensive and timely responses
Provides additional interpretation of the data to enable business insights and customized solutions to address business questions
Independently support meetings and discussions (both internally & externally) related to project work/data analytics
Verifies data for accuracy and completeness
Internal team functions
Supervise independently completes Data Analytics Partnership engagement for assigned client
Supervise for completing both ongoing and ad hoc data analysis/validation to the client, leveraging their experience to provide custom data solutions
Support to develops a tactical and strategic understanding of the client’s business issues, and involve to develops a compelling solution using IQVIA information products and services, and other products and services when appropriate
Resolves 1st line service issues, and coordinates 2nd line support issues with the service teams
Ensures through service reviews that service agreements, and product deliverables meet clients’ specifications, including timeliness and quality
Supports information proposals and contract renewals by ensuring they are in-line with business rules
Routinely and independently completes complex and multi-faceted quantitative analysis and research to gain more in-depth understanding of trends
Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures or to resolve routine issues
Supervise improve and streamline business operations, participate in process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
External functions
Contributes to improvement client satisfaction level with appropriate services/ knowledge/ domain expertise
Provides effective communications (spoken and written) both internally and externally regarding data status, queries and clarifications

Experience:
