YOUR MISSION

  • Realizar soporte técnico nivel 1 y 2 de hardware y software, para lograr la continuidad operativa del negocio.
  • Preparar las herramientas de trabajo (computadores, docks, móvil, etc) para los nuevos ingresos y renovaciones de equipos, para contribuir con su entrega en los tiempos definidos por las políticas y procesos.
  • Realizar la capacitación a usuarios sobre las herramientas y sistemas la compañía para contribuir al cumplimiento de la política de onboarding .
  • Controlar los inventarios de equipos de IT para contribuir con el cumplimiento de la normativa de activos de la compañía. 
  • Realizar las actualizaciones de seguridad en las herramientas de trabajo para lograr el cumplimiento de la normativa, seguridad de la información y respaldos. 

YOUR TALENT

  •  1 a 2 año de experiencia en funciones relacionadas con soporte técnico.
  • Manejo de Office 365, manejo de Hardware de computación / Instalación y configuración de impresoras /conocimiento en redes y servidores.
  • Conocimientos de soporte para sistemas Operativos (Windows, Mac, Android y IOS)/ instalación de aplicaciones 
  • Excel intermedio.
  • Inglés intermedio -avanzado
