Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team in our Denver, CO office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for multiple, new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to steady state operations and providing a positive client experience. You will collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, manage document flow, and facilitate all information to get the client setup. Your communication and project management skills will be essential in guiding clients successfully through the onboarding process.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Project managing and overseeing a portfolio of new client locations effectively and managing the process of successfully onboarding a client from sales to steady-state operations
- Managing all document collection, ensuring all technology integrations are established prior to “Go Live,” facilitating delivery of first financials, and establishing all requirements between teams before a client is moved out of on-boarding
- Ensuring client onboarding activities are executed accurately, timely and professionally to ensure clients have a smooth, efficient, and successful onboarding experience
- Communicating effectively regarding onboarding expectations and consistently demonstrating timelines with clients
- Supporting clients in troubleshooting errors and issues during the onboarding process
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth transition from on-boarding for our clients
- Performing other on-boarding activities as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP certification preferred
- 1-3 years of client facing experience required
- 1+ year of project management experience preferred
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with clients and internally with team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills

Compensation for this role is determined based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to your relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
