Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing: Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in full compliance with regulations. Taxation & Garnishments: Apply proper payroll taxation and process complex calculations for wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies. Reporting & Documentation: Generate accurate and timely quarter-end and year-end reporting, along with Ad Hoc reports as requested by clients. Client & Systems Support: Coordinate payroll activities from start to finish, resolving client questions regarding payroll systems and maintaining time and attendance records across various environments. Customer Service Excellence: Manage client projects and respond to inquiries with the highest level of service, ensuring consistent follow-up and follow-through.
