Hardware / Electrical Engineer (FPGA)
Position: FPGA Verification/Design Engineer (Avionics, DO-254)
• Experience: 8–20 years
• Education: STEM degree required
• Key Skills:
• SystemVerilog / UVM
• FPGA verification & lab testing
• DO-254 compliance (Required)
• Xilinx FPGA (Preferred)
• Responsibilities:
• RTL design & simulation (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog)
• Develop UVM test environments
• Perform static timing, linting, and CDC analysis
• Support DO-254 certification (DAL-A)
• Participate in FAA audits
• Manage full hardware lifecycle: requirements → design → synthesis → place & route
• Provide technical & process guidance to offshore teams
• Requirements:
• Strong FPGA/ASIC verification experience (5+ years minimum)
• Experience with DO-254 documentation & processes
• Ability to mentor & coordinate remote teams
• Strong communication skills
