This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Agent (English Speaking) based in Norway.
You will join a global remote support team dedicated to delivering outstanding assistance to players across a wide range of games.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring fast, clear, and helpful responses.
You will handle incoming emails and support tickets, resolving issues with a strong focus on quality and player satisfaction.

You will contribute to improving internal support processes and enhancing overall customer experience.

Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, handling incoming emails and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve player issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service quality and empathy.
- Support the continuous improvement of customer support workflows and internal processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing across the support function.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C customer support or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a service-oriented and customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment.
- Passion for gaming is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidates located near the CET time zone are preferred.
