This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You’ll Work On:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment, power systems, lighting, control systems, and PLC logic for production processes.
Work with electrical power (24V–600V), automation controllers, VFDs, sensors, and inspection devices.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and instruments.
Use tools and instruments such as voltage testers, ammeters, oscilloscopes, vibration analyzers, and laser measurement equipment.
Lead and train team members; document and communicate shift activities clearly.
Support plant operations across packaging, processing, filling, warehouse, and facilities.
Respond to equipment emergencies, troubleshoot I/O systems, and communicate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Participate in electrical upgrades and monitor contractor work.
Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, and company policies.
Stay current with advancing technology through training and vendor programs.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
Knowledge of electricity, electrical theory, PLCs, and pneumatic systems
Ability to work safely in electrical panels up to 480 volts
Proficiency in reading schematics and wiring diagrams
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualification
Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Position Details
Schedule: 12-hour Night Shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy every other weekend off with a consistent rotating schedule.
Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)
Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)
Week 3: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)

The base pay for this position is
$24.65 – $49.25/hourIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
