This role is based in Laverton, offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 Nights, 7 Off Fly In Fly Out roster from Perth to Leonora.
Job Summary
Monitor work activities of the process team to ensure objectives are met and contribute to the creation and assessment of organisational plans, programs and budgetsJob Statement
Providing efficient and effective leadership support to the Process Shift Leads to ensure the processing plant can operate optimally at all times.
Identifying areas for improvement within the process plant regarding safety, production, and cost.
Contribute to the processing team with participation in commissioning plant and development upgrades.
Supporting and assisting in the metallurgical process with targets achieved.
Ensuring all tasks are carried out in an environmentally sustainable manner.
What we will expect from you:
Minimum 5 Years mineral processing experience with 2 years in a leading role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Pronto experience is desirable
Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Power Point).
