Salary $140,000 - $150,000 plus super and two bonuses

Job Statement

Genesis Minerals are currently seeking an experienced Finance Systems Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a permanent opportunity, primarily based in our Perth Corporate Office.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the maintenance of the Finance System - Pronto in addition to other systems supported by the team.

We are looking for someone who is always scanning for continuous improvement opportunities and has the motivation to execute on their ideas.

 The opportunity:

• Develop, reconcile, and maintain finance system integration to various other systems to ensure system accuracy and integrity of data.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of financial data across systems.
• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of upgrades.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline workflows.
• Provide user support and training to maximise the effectiveness of financial systems.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to align financial systems with organisational goals.

• Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries in appropriate reporting tools.

What we will expect from you:

• Demonstrated experience working within financial accounting environment and working with Finance Software.
• At least an advanced level Excel spreadsheet manipulation
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders with a strong customer service focus.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
