Junk Removal Specialist / Route Sales Representative

Location: SE Edmonton (Mill Woods Area)
Status: Full-Time | Start as Soon as THIS WEEK

Why You’ll Love This Role:
Performance-Based Earnings

Profit share on every job — earn a percentage of the revenue generated on your truck every day! Your effort, confidence, and sales skills directly influence your paycheque.

Base starting wage: $16/hr
Average total earnings: $19–$23+ /hr (inclusive of hourly + tips + performance bonuses!)

Sales Training & Skill Development

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Start each day at our SE Edmonton office and head out on routes with your team
- Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression
- Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate
- Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale
- Safely remove junk from homes and businesses
- Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly
- Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude

This Role Is Perfect for You If You:

- Enjoy talking with customers and building rapport

- Are comfortable discussing price and learning sales techniques

- Are motivated by performance-based pay and bonuses

What We're Looking For:
- 19+ years old (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)

- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow
