Job Summary: Work collaboratively as part of a crew to waterproof and install commercial roofing systems, including fully‑adhered and mechanically fastened single‑ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)

Daily Responsibilities

• Install commercial roofing systems and other roofing components (EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.)
• Follow all safety rules and procedures, participate in safety classes and certifications as required
• Use fall-protection equipment and wear PPE to work safely from heights
• Work at various jobsites throughout the year as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience with commercial roofing is required (flat-roofing, single ply membranes)
• Able to perform most of the following tasks: installing insulation, laying out membrane, wrapping corners, wrapping pipes, and using a handheld welder/heat gun.
• Has reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Pass a background check and drug test to work on federal/government buildings
• Very comfortable working from heights and outdoors year-round
• Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policies

Schedule

• Monday-Friday- Full-time. Occasional Saturdays
