Electrical Safety Coordinator

As an Electrical Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring electrical safety compliance across the Bosch Budapest site. You will coordinate and continuously develop the electrical safety organization, support management decisions, and contribute to creating a safe and compliant working environment in line with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.

Your tasks:

► Coordinating and continuously developing the electrical safety organization across the site

► Maintaining and improving electrical safety regulations, processes, and related documentation

► Supporting management in electrical safety-related decision-making and providing professional guidance

► Advising engineering and operational teams on electrical safety requirements and compliance topics

► Providing professional support and guidance to electrical safety responsible persons across the organization

► Organizing and coordinating electrical safety trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities

► Supporting the development and operation of inspection, review, and audit systems related to electrical installations and equipment

► Conducting electrical safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews

► Identifying non-conformities, initiating corrective actions, and monitoring implementation until closure

► Cooperating with HSE teams in risk assessments and safety improvement initiatives

► Participating in the investigation of electrical safety incidents and coordinating corrective and preventive actions

► Supporting CE certification processes from an electrical safety perspective

► Collaborating with internal stakeholders, operators, contractors, and external partners to ensure compliance and operational excellence

► University degree in Electrical Engineering

► Several years of professional experience in electrical safety, electrical operations, maintenance, facility management, or a related technical field

► Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations, standards, and operational requirements

► Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems

► Experience in conducting audits, inspections, or compliance assessments

► Confident, proactive, and assertive personality with strong ownership and decision-making skills

► Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

► Structured and independent working style with a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement

► Fluent Hungarian and English language skills, both written and spoken
