UnspecifiedThe Accounts Receivable & Cash Application Philippines Site Leader is responsible for the overall operational leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Application functions for the Collins Financial Shared Service Team in the Philippines. This role ensures timely and accurate cash posting, collections action, dispute resolution, and customer master data management processes that support revenue recognition, working capital goals, and internal and external customer satisfaction. The Site Leader drives process excellence, talent development, internal controls, and continuous improvement across AR operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for all site AR and Cash Application activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of AR and Cash Application professionals with a focus on performance, engagement, and capability building.
•Partner with other Collins Financial Shared Service leadership to optimize end‑to‑end AR processes, including collections, cash posting, customer master data management, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (DSO, aging, unapplied cash, dispute trends), identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure strong internal control environment and adherence to SOX, audit requirements, and company financial policies.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and system enhancements (e.g., ERP upgrades, workflow tools, analytics).
• Participate in strategic planning to improve working capital performance and support organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or related Finance operations roles.
• 3+ years of leadership or managerial experience with direct people management responsibility.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, cash application, billing systems, financial controls, and GAAP.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change, drive process improvements, and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a shared services or large-scale, multi-site AR environment.
• ERP experience (e.g., SAP, JDE) and familiarity with automation tools (RPA, OCR, workflow systems).
• CORE, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement training or certification.
