Accountabilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring invoices are accurately recorded, verified, and approved in a timely manner.
  • Support payment cycles by preparing, reviewing, and tracking outgoing payments while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Maintain and update financial records and vendor information to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Reconcile accounts payable ledger entries and assist in resolving discrepancies with vendors or internal teams.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and documentation requirements for all transactions.
  • Requirements:
    The ideal candidate has prior experience in accounting or accounts payable functions, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage repetitive but critical financial processes accurately. You should be comfortable working remotely in an international environment and communicating in English.

    • 2+ years of experience in accounting or accounts payable roles.
    • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
    • Experience with invoice processing, payment tracking, and ledger reconciliation.
    • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for international communication.
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data handling.
    • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote, structured environment.
