This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and people-focused HR professional to support a globally distributed workforce in a fully remote environment. Working closely with senior HR leadership, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. From onboarding and HR operations to payroll coordination and employee support, you will help ensure that HR processes run efficiently and effectively. The role offers broad exposure to international HR practices, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous process improvement projects. Requirements

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR operations, policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including scheduling, orientations, documentation, and follow-up activities to support successful employee integration.
  • Manage employee records and HRIS updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance for new hires, transfers, terminations, and employment changes.
  • Support payroll administration by addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely processing of employee-related information.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports, including workforce data, PTO tracking, and employee metrics.
  • Assist with employee programs, wellness initiatives, vendor coordination, and internal communications.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via communication platforms and provide timely, professional support.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information and contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Accountabilities

    • Demonstrated experience in HR coordination, HR administration, people operations, or a related human resources role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear and reliable information across diverse teams.

    • Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones and adapt to changing business needs.
    • Experience working with international teams or Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements is advantageous.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally when required.
