Position Summary
Join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist where you'll lead sourcing and closing strategies, influence organizational goals, and drive impactful recruiting programs. This role requires managing ambiguity, delivering independently, and fostering an inclusive environment while significantly impacting hiring goals, processes, and cross-regional initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Scope and Influence:
- Own projects, sourcing, and closing plans.
- Influence one or more organizational goals and own a recruiting program.
- Work on sourcing and closing strategies that may not be well-defined.
- Deliver independently with limited guidance.
- Execution:
- Lead scalable and complex sourcing and closing strategies, solving ambiguous problems.
- Effectively source and close candidates, removing roadblocks and expediting hiring.
- Make trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs, finding paths forward in difficult situations.
- Foster an environment prioritizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and empathy.
- Lead collaboration across diverse groups, driving adoption of recruiting strategies and methodologies.
- Actively mentor and develop others, creating and implementing best practices.
- Communication:
- Provide clear, concise, accurate verbal and written communication.
- Drive detailed discussions, maintain high-level alignment, and present decisions confidently to leaders up to 3 tiers above.
- Impact:
- Influence organizational hiring goals, effectiveness, and metrics.
- Have a significant cross-regional impact.
- Process Improvement:
- Improve, streamline, and drive efficiencies in organizational procedures.
- Create predictable process paths and drive adoption of new channels and tools.

Education and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years in recruiting.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Preferred: experience supporting university partnership and early career program
