Core Job Responsibilities:
Data analysis and creation of dashboards to aid commercial team make appropriate business decision including providing insights
from analysis conducted.
Ensure reports are published and delivered on schedule:
Sales Data Analysis: prepare and provide data analysis for executive levels at S&OP, monthly sales meeting, and other analysis as requested
Data collection and analysis on team performance in areas such as SFE, CLM, and sales. Provide insights on field force performance.
Manage and ensure system fully support local business need, good data quality, troubleshooting issues relating to system working with support team.
Generate insights, example ROI project on the respective business channels.
Maximize existing systems as well as identify opportunities for productivity improvement via enhancement/ modification or introduction of new dashboards and reports.
Develop SOP on the system and processes, including manuals.
Ensure successful roll out of ad-hoc projects assigned.
Conduct training where needed on current and new system.
Minimum Education:
University degree in related field, sales, marketing, IT, Business
Minimum Experience/Training Required:
2 to 3 years working experience in Qlick-view and Power BI – building dashboards
Exposure to analytical roles involving managing complex/ large data, analyzing and interpreting
Exposure to SalesForce.com or other CRM systems.
