The Cloud Partner Incentives and Investments Strategy and Operations team is focused on accelerating the adoption of Google Cloud by attracting and growing partners who can acquire customers, grow existing customers, and innovate to grow their success.
As a Global Partner Incentives Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, development and launch of partner incentives for the multi-billion Google Cloud portfolio. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally to develop and implement the strategy, planning, design and launch of partner incentives required by regions and Cloud Sales Leadership. You will closely work with key stakeholders across the organization to plan and design compelling incentives to meet our business goals.
