Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – Regional Hispanic Performance Desk

The BI Analyst for the Regional Hispanic Performance Desk will support the analytics operations of performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on e-commerce, conversion, media efficiency, and daily campaign optimization. This role will work closely with Performance and Media teams, ensuring timely data updates and clear visibility into campaign results across the markets supported by the Colombia Hub.

This is a performance-focused role that requires agility, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of digital media and e-commerce KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance marketing campaigns across the markets supported by the Colombia Hub.
  • Consolidate media, performance, and e-commerce data from multiple sources.
  • Update performance dashboards and reporting on a regular basis.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including media spend, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and ROAS.
  • Support Performance teams by identifying issues, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver objective, data-driven insights to support day-to-day business decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reported data and KPIs.
  • Follow reporting standards, dashboards, and processes established by the Central Data Team.
  • Share key learnings and insights with the Hispanic BI Director and the Central Data Team.
  • Assist in identifying performance benchmarks and best practices across different markets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
  • Previous experience working in an advertising or media agency is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Experience with Python, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.
