The BI Analyst will support local media operations by consolidating campaign data, maintaining dashboards, tracking campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights. This is a hands-on analytical role focused on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting across media campaigns.

The successful candidate will work closely with local Media teams while following the reporting standards and best practices established by the Central Data Team. For branding and non-performance campaigns, the BI Analyst will apply Precision Marketing guidelines to ensure standardized campaign measurement and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate data from local media campaigns across multiple sources.
  • Update dashboards and recurring performance reports.
  • Monitor and analyze media and campaign performance KPIs.
  • Support analysis by channel, campaign, format, audience, and business objective.
  • Follow reporting processes, templates, and standards established by the Central Data Team.
  • Apply Precision Marketing guidelines for branding and non-performance campaign reporting.
  • Identify data inconsistencies, reporting issues, and significant performance changes.
  • Support Media teams by providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Maintain and organize historical campaign data and reporting databases.
  • Escalate relevant market insights, trends, and reporting issues to the Hispanic BI Director.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
  • Previous experience working in an advertising or media agency is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Python, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.
