Job Description & Summary: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to work with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into clear system requirements and support delivery in an Agile environment. The role requires strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and effective use of modern productivity and AI-assisted tools to improve speed and clarity.

Responsibilities: · Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders. · Convert requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. · Analyse current-state processes and define future-state workflows and business rules. · Document end-to-end process flows, including exceptions and dependencies. · Act as a functional bridge between Business and Engineering, ensuring shared understanding. · Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement sessions. · Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements, validating test scenarios, and assisting during UAT. · Use AI-assisted tools to: Draft and refine requirements and user stories Summarise inputs from documents, emails, and discussions Identify gaps, impacts, and patterns in requirements and feedback Apply judgement to review, validate, and finalise all outputs.

Mandatory skill sets: • Agile / Scrum, Jira, Confluence, requirement elicitation, documentation, and workflow modelling.

Years of experience required: 4-6 years

Education qualification: BE/ B.Tech/MCA
